Back for its second year!!! Endeavor Racing, LLC, brings trail running to the magnificent Citrus Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest near Inverness, Florida! This area of the forest offers challenging (hills!!!), less-used trails that will take you through beautiful sandhill scrub, oak thickets, longleaf pine, rocky hammocks and grassy meadows.

This great new event is limited to 250 participants, so sign up early to ensure your spot!

Choose how you DARE GREATLY:

Trail 50K (31.07ish miles)

• Start Time: 7:15am

• Finish Cut-Off: 6pm (other on-course cut-offs may apply)

• Course: TBD

• Aid Stations: Several on route approximately 3-7 miles apart. Runners are required to carry some type of container for fluids.

• Drop Bag: 1 allowed at designated aid station

Trail Marathon (26.2 miles)

• Start Time: 7:30am

• Finish Cut-Off: 4pm (other on-course cut-offs may apply)

• Course: Forest Road Start and Finish in the Holder Mine Hunt Camp Area; Loop 1 (shorter loop)Citrus Hiking Trails "A" Loop; Loop 2 (longer loop)outer trails of Citrus Hiking Trails "A-B" Loop.

• Aid Stations: Several on route approximately 3-7 miles apart. Runners are required to carry some type of container for fluids.

• Drop Bag: 1 allowed at designated aid station

Trail 10-Miler

• Start Time: 8:00am

• Course:Forest Road Start and Finish in the Holder Mine Hunt Camp Area and a single circuit of the Citrus Hiking Trails "A" Loop.

• Aid Stations: Several on route approximately 2-4 miles apart. Runners are required to carry some type of container for fluids.

Trail 4-Miler

• Start Time: 9am

• Course:Forest Road Start and Finish; Mix of single track and forest roads

• Aid Stations: Several on route approximately 2-4 miles apart. We suggest runners carry some type of container for fluids.

Trail Run Times

• Do not expect your road running times to translate to trail running.

• For example, your time for the Trail 10-Miler might be equivalent to your fast half marathon time.

• Because of uneven terrain, softer surfaces, tight, twisty single track trails and hills, expect your times to be slower.

• Plan your hydration and nutrition needs based on being on the course longer than you would be if it were a road race.

Event Camping

• Primitive Camping with NO FACILITIES (except port-o-lets) is available for $10 per site per night (up to six people per site) through this registration process. When you get to Additional Purchases check "Primitive Camping." You will be charged an extra $10 per night.
