2009 Amber Room Outrun the Sun 5K

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

The 2009 Amber Room Outrun the Sun 5K will take place on Aug. 21 and will again benefit Ann's Place. The race will start at 6:30 p.m. at The Amber Room Colonnade on Stacey Rd. in Danbury.

After the race participants are invited to a post race party featuring an outdoor barbecue and live music from The Second Advance. 

The certified 5K (3.1. miles) runs from The Amber Room to Candlewood Lake and back. The course passes scenic water views, stately homes and old lake communities.
