2014 Run for Refugees 5K
The 7th Annual Run for Refugees, presented by the Africa Plan Foundation, benefits IRIS- Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services (http://www.irisct.org/).
5K Run/Walk through picturesque East Rock Park followed by a post- race party with food and live music.
Raise $100 or more for IRIS and your entry fee is waived.
Top 3 fundraisers will win incredible prizes!

A challenging certified course that runs through picturesque East Rock Park.
The first half of the course is uphill and the second half is downhill.
