The Motion for the Ocean 5k run/walk will be held at John U. Lloyd State Park on the beach benefiting AMIkids and the NSU OC scholarship fund.

This 5k run/walk will be held John U. Lloyd State Park both on the beach and on the pathway along the beach.

This will be a beautiful morning run with the ocean as your back-drop and the waves, your music.
