The 9th Annual Run for Refugees, presented by the Africa Plan Foundation, benefits IRIS- Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services (http://www.irisct.org/). 

5K Run/Walk through picturesque East Rock Park followed by a post- race party with food and live music.

• A challenging, certified out and back course that runs through picturesque East Rock Park.
• The first half of the course is uphill and the second half is downhill.
