 _ 2016 Draggin' Tail 18 Mile Challenge, 3 person relay & 5K Run/Walk

This challenging 18 miles course traverses the oak and pine forests of NW Forida on new asphalt roads.  Unique dragon awards!  Huge post race meal for all participants and their families.  The 18 mile participants get their choice of short or long sleeve T's.  5K runners will get a short sleeve T.  Frequent aid stations with water, gatorade, vasoline, some gels but please bring your own if you use them.  Make it fun!

Registration opens at 6:30 a.m., the 18 mile run starts at 8:00 a.m. Those 18 milers that anticipate a time greater than 3 hours may opt for an early start at 7:30.  The 5K run will start at 8:15 a.m.  Parking is available at St. Teresa's.  The weather can vary from cool to warm. Come prepared for either.
