7th Annual Peace Place XC 5K ~ Results

• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

Join us as we kick off the summer with our 7th Annual Peace Place, Inc. 5K Dash Against Domesc Violence. The race will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 and will be a run / walk at the beauful Crow’s Lake in Jefferson, GA.

Event details and schedule

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 8AM

5K: Starts at 9AM

Awards: Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female and 3 deep in standard age groups beginning with 10 and Under to 75 and over.

Timing and Results: Finish line management provided by Classic Race Services with results posted below.

Shirts and Goodies: Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by 6/2/17.  Those registering late or on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size.  There will be plenty of refreshments.

Series Affiliation: The race is on the 2017 Black Bag Race Series.

About Peace Place, Inc:  Peace Place, Inc. is a domestic violence program that serves survivors of family violence in Banks, Barrow, and Jackson counties in Georgia. We offer emergency shelter, transitional and scttered site housing, outreach and legal advocacy, safety planning, educational presentations, and children's services. We also operate a thrift store to help fund the operations of the agency.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
